MINI-SPLITS: With current available rebates and tax credits, QRC LLC can install a mini-split heat pump for your home at a net-zero cost to you! Example: Installation of a 12,000 BTU electric system on the first floor of your home will cost $6675.00. Owner can then apply for an Energy Trust Rebate of $1800.00*, a Federal Tax Credit of $2000.00*, and a QRC LLC Green System Rebate of $2875.00*. Rebates are typically received by the customer within 6-8 weeks.

WINDOWS: QRC LLC can install new high-efficiency windows for your home with an Energy Trust of Oregon Rebate of $1.50* per square foot of window space replaced. A Federal Tax Credit of up to $600.00* is also available with this option.

Insulation: New higher-value R-rated insulation can be installed during a residing with re-sheeting of your home to qualify for an Energy Trust Rebate of up to $2.50* per square foot of new insulation installed.

Exterior Doors: Installing new energy-efficient exterior doors can qualify you for a Federal Tax Credit of up to $500.00*
 

Solar: When you install a new solar power system + battery storage for your home, you can receive an Energy Trust Rebate of up to $16,800*, as well as a Federal Tax Credit of 30% of the total cost of the project*. This INCLUDES the cost of a new roof, if one is installed at the same time as the new solar system. Example: If your new solar system costs $25,000, and your new roof costs $15,000, you can claim a tax credit of 30% of the total of the two, which is $12,000. If this is added to the possible Energy Trust Rebate of $16,800, you would save a total of $28,800 off the $40,000 cost of your project, which makes the total net cost $11,200. This is less than just the cost of your new roof. It’s like getting a discount on your roof, and free solar as well!*

* All rebates from Energy Trust of Oregon are based upon a family of 4 with a maximum household annual income of $128,564. For households with a higher income, the following apply: Window Replacement Rebate: $1.50 per square foot of window space. Insulation replacement rebate of $1.50 per square foot of insulation installed. Mini-split Heat Pump Rebate: $800.00. Solar+Battery rebate: 30% of cost up to $4800 for PGE customer, and up to $5400 for pacific power customers. Federal Tax Credits can amount to 30% of the total cost of improvements, with a maximum total credit of $3300.00 per year for all, except solar, which has no maximum. Maximum Federal Tax credits are as follows: Mini Split Heat Pump: up to $2000; Energy-efficient Windows: $600.00; Energy-efficient Exterior Doors: $250.00 each, with a maximum of $500 for two doors or more. The Federal Tax credit is nonrefundable, so you can’t get back more on the credit than you owe in taxes. You can’t apply any excess credit to future tax years.
